Before requesting materials through Interlibrary Loan, please check the catalog for the desired item. This form is for items not found in the Kansas City Public Library catalog. At this time, it is our policy not to borrow DVDs, items published within the past year, or items more than 100 years old. Please read our Interlibrary Loan FAQ. If you have placed an interlibrary loan request in the past year, you may already have an account set up. Your username would be the first initial of your first name plus your last name. Your password would be ill. Example Joe Smith’s user name would be jsmith and password ill. Please change your password to one of your choosing.
